Code of conduct for all Eclipse staff
Eclipse staff will:
- Always dress in a uniform which best’s suits your venue.
- Not to smoke whilst on duty.
- Not consume alcohol whilst on duty.
- Always greet people in a polite and professional manner.
- Always be punctual.
- Wear their SIA license at all times.
- Always complete a written report after an incident.
- Carry out risk assessments.
- Carry out health and safety checks throughout their shifts.
- To deal with conflict and complaints from customer’s in a professional manner. Remember our staff are the first and last contact of your customers, so we know that a good impression counts.
