Code of conduct for all Eclipse staff

Eclipse staff will:

• Always dress in a uniform which best’s suits your venue.

• Not to smoke whilst on duty.

• Not consume alcohol whilst on duty.

• Always greet people in a polite and professional manner.

• Always be punctual.

• Wear their SIA license at all times.

• Always complete a written report after an incident.

• Carry out risk assessments.

• Carry out health and safety checks throughout their shifts.

• To deal with conflict and complaints from customer’s in a professional manner. Remember our staff are the first and last contact of your customers, so we know that a good impression counts.
